1Remove one connected account
Sign in, open Platforms, choose the account and click Disconnect. Its access token and any queued posts are deleted immediately. Posts that were already published stay on the social network; delete them there if you want them gone.
2Remove the app from Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
- Find Auto Piko and click Remove.
- This stops our access at once. The tokens we stored stop working, and we delete them the next time the account is checked, or straight away when you also disconnect it in Platforms.
3Delete your whole account and data
To delete your account and all personal data (profile, business details, connected accounts, posts and generated images), send a request from the email address of your account to [email protected], or open a support ticket in your panel with the subject "Delete my account".
We confirm the request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. We keep only records we are required to keep, such as payment and accounting records, for the period the law requires, and security logs for a short time.
