General
Auto Piko is an AI social media autopilot. You describe your business and the services you sell once, and Auto Piko writes fresh posts, creates matching images and publishes them to your connected channels on the schedule you choose.
No. Setup takes about five minutes: create an account, describe your business, add your services and connect a channel. Every platform page in your dashboard has a numbered setup guide that tells you where to click and what to copy.
Your posts rotate through the services you add, least recently promoted first, so every service gets attention. Each post is written to match your business profile, tone and language, and recent posts are checked so you do not get duplicates.
Yes. Turn on "Review before posting" for any account and every post waits in your queue until you approve, edit or reject it. Or leave it off and let Auto Piko publish on its own.
Yes, on paid plans. Each post can include an image: an AI-generated picture when an image provider is configured by the site owner, or a clean branded card in your colours. AI images count against your plan's monthly image allowance. The free trial creates text-only posts.
Yes. Each business profile has a content language setting and the AI writes your posts in that language. The dashboard itself is in English.
Plans & billing
Yes. Every person can activate one free 24-hour trial from the Plan page, no payment card needed. The trial creates AI text posts only (no AI images) and ends automatically after exactly 24 hours; posting then stops until you choose a plan.
Every account has a credit balance. The administrator adds credit after your payment is confirmed (online payment gateways may be added later), and you activate, renew, upgrade or downgrade plans yourself from the Plan page. The plan price is deducted from your balance at your group's price.
Each plan can be bought for 1 month (30 days), 3 months (90 days) or 12 months (360 days). Longer periods cost less per month. Renewing the same plan adds the period on top of your current expiry.
Automatic posting pauses immediately. Your settings, services and history are kept, and posting resumes as soon as you renew with your credit balance.
Yes, at any time. Pick a different plan under Plan & credit; unused time on your current paid plan is refunded to your credit balance pro-rata and the new plan starts right away.
Open Plan & credit and read the Add credit section: it explains how to pay the site owner, who then adds credit to your balance. Every credit movement is listed in your credit history.
Platforms
Telegram, Facebook Pages, Instagram (Business or Creator), YouTube (video uploads), X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and WhatsApp Business. Some of them only work after the site owner has added the provider app keys, and some providers (Meta, TikTok, X, WhatsApp) have their own approval or pricing rules. Each platform page shows exactly what is ready and what is missing.
No. Meta only allows automated publishing to Facebook Pages (and Instagram Business or Creator accounts linked to a Page), not to personal profiles.
A bot token from @BotFather. Paste it once and Auto Piko lists every channel and group where the bot is an administrator, so you simply tick the ones to automate. Telegram needs no app review and is free.
Open Platforms > Telegram (or WhatsApp) > Connect, or Connected accounts. The card "Connect with QR code (linked device)" is always shown at the top. If it is greyed out it says why: usually the site owner has not switched it on, or your plan does not include it. Telegram offers "QR code" and "Phone number"; WhatsApp offers "QR code" and "Pairing code". Both are advanced options with risk warnings; a Telegram bot and the WhatsApp Business Cloud API are the safe, recommended ways.
Yes, as advanced options that the site owner must switch on, with clear risk warnings. Telegram: scan a QR code in the Telegram app (Settings > Devices > Link Desktop Device) or use your phone number, a code and your two-step password. WhatsApp: link your account like WhatsApp Web by scanning a QR code (or entering a pairing code), then tick the groups and channels to post to. Both are unofficial for automation, so Telegram or WhatsApp may restrict or ban the account; WhatsApp states that this is against its terms. A Telegram bot and the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API are the safe, recommended options. Only link your own account and keep posting rates low.
Instagram only lets apps publish for Business or Creator accounts that are linked to a Facebook Page. Personal accounts cannot be used.
X controls API access and may charge for plans that allow posting. Auto Piko cannot change that: the site owner needs an X API plan that includes writing posts.
TikTok only allows public posting for apps that passed its audit. Until the site owner's TikTok app is approved, posts can only be published as private (visible to you).
No. YouTube has no API for Community text posts, so Auto Piko uploads a short vertical video (Shorts style) made from your post image. Each upload uses 1,600 units of the YouTube API daily quota.
The official WhatsApp Cloud API sends messages to a list of opted-in recipients, not to a public channel. Messages outside the 24-hour customer window need a template that Meta has approved, and Meta charges per conversation.
Security
Access tokens are encrypted at rest, passwords are hashed with modern algorithms, sessions use secure cookies and strict security headers, forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, and repeated failed logins are rate-limited.
Never. You connect with the platform's own login screen (OAuth) or with a bot token you create yourself, so we only keep an encrypted access token. You can remove an account at any time and the token is deleted with it.
Only what is needed to write and publish your posts: your business profile, the services you describe and the tokens for channels you connect. We never sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Yes. Open the platform page and use Remove on the account. Its token and queued posts are deleted.
Reseller API
Yes. Reseller and Distributor accounts get an API key and a REST JSON API to order plans for their own customers. See the API documentation page for endpoints, examples and error codes.
Each order deducts credit from your own balance at your group's price for the chosen period (months 1, 3 or 12). Insufficient credit returns a clear 402 error and nothing is charged.
Yes. Send an Idempotency-Key header on order requests and a repeated request returns the original order instead of charging twice.
Each account has a per-minute request limit set by the administrator (default 60 per minute). Exceeding it returns HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header.
